Join a community of next generation Asian young leaders dedicated to uplifting mental health & wellbeing.
Community - The Youth Mental Health Leadership community gathers at virtual group sessions on biweekly Saturdays 1 - 3 PM ET / 10 AM - 12 PM PT.
Education & Training in core skills for youth to serve as peer mental health advocates, educators, and supporters in AANHPI communities.
Wellbeing - Students practice firsthand strategies for self-compassion, self-advocacy, and self-care; and connect with supportive mentors.
Mentorship - 1:1 or small group meetings for individualized guidance on projects and overall professional/personal development goals.
Project Implementation - Each Youth Mental Health Leader works on a project throughout the academic year - turning lessons into real world impacts.
