About
Achieving Whole Health (AWH) is a culturally-grounded wellness coaching program for Asian Americans to attain balance in body, mind, and spirit. Participants learn strategies to take an active role in improving their own health, as well as supporting the wellbeing of others
AWH is developed by NAAPIMHA, and a SAMHSA community defined evidence practice for supporting Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities.
AWH for Asian Young Leaders is offered through Thriving Asians’ Youth Mental Health Leadership Programs. High school and college student leaders are invited to join in practicing “Self-Care Summer." Experience a leadership community committed to recentering wellbeing, respite in service to others, and gain renewed energy towards achieving your goals!
