Ariane Hai is a first-year student at the University of California, San Diego - majoring in Psychology with a specialization in Developmental Psychology. She is deeply passionate about youth mental health, Asian family dynamics, and culturally informed education.

Before joining Thriving Asians, Ariane founded a Peer Counseling Program at her high school, which supported more than 30 students and trained a team of peer mentors and staff to foster emotional well-being on campus. Through this experience, she developed a strong interest in improving communication and understanding within families and among young people.

At Thriving Asians, Ariane hopes to continue advocating for mental health awareness in the AAPI community while gaining hands-on experience in program development and community outreach.
