Jasmine Ta (she/her) is a high school senior who is passionate about educating the AAPI community about mental health and making resources and information about the topic accessible.

Having experienced her own issues regarding mental health, she hopes to bridge the cultural gap within the AAPI community, showing that caring for one’s mental health is just as important as caring for one’s physical health.

As a Youth Mental Health Ambassador, Jasmine aims to bring an Asian mental health initiative to her community through collaboration with school clubs and the local public library.
