Career
Pathways
for the Youth Mental Health Leader
How can you be a mental health leader - professionally?
About
Offered as part of Thriving Asians’ Youth Mental Health Leadership Programs, the “Career Pathways” event serves as a virtual career day for Asian mental health.
The session aims to cultivate professional interest in the mental health field among next generation AANHPI leaders; and highlight the many interdisciplinary pathways, both clinical & non-clinical, to make positive impacts in AANHPI community mental health.
Diverse guest speakers share stories of entering the mental health professions, and maintaining resiliency amid pressure & uncertainty. Students get the chance for “real talk” with professionals on navigating family pressure, overcoming imposter syndrome, and making your own path to success.
